It really pisses me off to see things like this, meet Mike Baca aka 2ESAE.
Mike has been thrown in prison for a minumum of 3 months in Brooklyn during which time he will be preparing a defense for another 43 count indictment from the city. All of this for writing his name...
Mike is a 23 year old writer who has also established himself in the fashion and graphic design realm and now in his prime NYC is trying to make an example out of him in their 30+ year war on graffiti. If he is found guilty of this, Mike could spend up to 7 years in jail. It is ridiculous that he has the potential to recieve a 7 year jail sentence for doing something that can it most cases be easily washed off or painted over. However, their are scumbags of the Mike Tyson and Paris Hilton caliber who are arrested for crimes such as, driving under the influence of drugs and or alcohol, possession of cocaine anyone? All of this and these worthless "celebrities" never receive the same punishment that your everyday person would, why? Mike Baca has done more for the artistic community than Paris Hilton has done for anyone ever, why the hell is she famous anyway? Somebody go ahead and put a bullet in Lady Justice's head, I have no faith or respect for the American court system sometimes. I wish Mike the best in his upcoming court battles, God bless.
